We accept payment by bank transfer (BACS) and selected cryptocurrencies. After placing your order, you'll receive payment details on the confirmation page and by email. A WhatsApp link is included so you can message us directly with your order reference prefilled.

We charge a flat rate of £4.99 anywhere in the UK. Orders over £115 ship free.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment being received. Parcels typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days after dispatch via tracked, signed-for delivery. Total time from order to delivery is usually 3 to 5 business days.

All orders are shipped in plain outer packaging. There's no branding, no product names, and no indication of contents on the outside of the parcel. Only your delivery address and a return address are shown.

Peptides are sensitive to heat, light, and humidity. Store unopened vials in a cool, dark place. Once reconstituted, refrigerate and use within the manufacturer's recommended timeframe. Always follow good laboratory practice for handling research compounds.

Yes, before we send a dispatch confirmation. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll cancel it. Any payment already received will be refunded in full using the same payment method.
