Delivery and Shipping
United Kingdom only
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders are fulfilled from the UK and cannot be dispatched to international addresses at this time.
Shipping cost
We charge a flat rate of £4.99 for delivery anywhere in the UK. Orders over £115 ship free.
The shipping cost will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
Dispatch
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment being received. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed, and a separate dispatch email once your parcel is on its way.
Bank transfer (BACS) orders are dispatched once payment has cleared into our account, which is usually within 1 business day of you sending it. Cryptocurrency orders are dispatched once the transaction has the required confirmations on the blockchain, which is usually within 30 minutes.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, parcels typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Total time from order to delivery is usually 3 to 5 business days, depending on payment method and the carrier's schedule.
We do not currently offer same-day or next-day dispatch.
Discreet packaging
All orders are shipped in plain outer packaging. There is no branding, no product names, and no indication of the contents on the outside of the parcel, only your delivery address and a return address.
Tracked and signed-for delivery
Orders are sent via tracked, signed-for delivery. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to sign for the parcel, or that a safe place or neighbour instruction is in place with the carrier. If you miss the delivery, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting from your local depot.
If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A second delivery charge may apply.
Changes to your order
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at [email protected] or via WhatsApp as soon as possible. We can usually update the address before dispatch, but once the parcel is on its way the address cannot be changed.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, or fails to arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us within 14 days of dispatch. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
