These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Limitless Vitality website and any orders you place with us. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not place an order with us.
Who we are
Limitless Vitality ("we", "us", "our") sells research peptides and related products through this website. You can reach us at [email protected], or via WhatsApp through the contact details published on our website.
Acceptance of these Terms
By placing an order, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with us on the basis of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Delivery & Shipping policy. These together form the entire agreement between us in relation to your order. Any prior discussions, marketing material, or correspondence are superseded by these documents.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from this website. By placing an order, you warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Research use only
All products sold on this website are supplied for in vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, food, cosmetics, or veterinary products. They are not licensed, approved, or intended for human consumption, therapeutic use, cosmetic application, or administration to animals.
By placing an order, you warrant and agree that:
You are purchasing the product solely for legitimate research, laboratory, or analytical purposes.
You will not consume, ingest, inject, inhale, apply, or otherwise administer the product to yourself, any other person, or any animal.
You will not market, label, or hold out the product to any third party as suitable for human consumption, therapeutic use, or any use other than research.
You are responsible for handling, storing, and disposing of the product safely and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes of practice relating to the storage, handling, transport, and disposal of research compounds.
You are not relying on any information published on this website, in our marketing, or in any communication with us as medical, therapeutic, pharmaceutical, or health advice.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including (without limitation) where we believe the conditions of this section may not be met, where we suspect fraud, where the order appears unusual or excessive, or where we are unable to verify the information you have provided.
Acceptable use and resale restrictions
You agree that you will not:
Resell, redistribute, or otherwise transfer any product to a third party for the purpose of human or animal use.
Resell, redistribute, or otherwise transfer any product in a manner that breaches applicable laws or regulations, including the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 and any equivalent or successor legislation.
Use any product, or any information supplied with it, in connection with any unlawful activity.
Misrepresent the nature of any product to any third party, including by removing or altering labelling, packaging, or accompanying documentation.
Breach of this section is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate cancellation of any open orders, refusal of future orders, and (where appropriate) referral to the relevant authorities.

Any information published on this website, including product descriptions, blog content, references to scientific studies, and any communication with our team, is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical, pharmaceutical, therapeutic, dietary, or health advice, and must not be relied on as such.

Products and pricing
We make every reasonable effort to describe and price our products accurately. Despite our best efforts, errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered before dispatch, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order.
Product images are illustrative and the actual product may vary slightly in appearance.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time; the price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the time you submit it.
Orders
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send you an order confirmation by email. This is an acknowledgement that we have received your order, not an acceptance of it.
Your order is only accepted, and a contract formed, when we have received payment in full and we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until that point, we may refuse or cancel your order for any reason, including (without limitation) suspected misuse, breach of these Terms, unavailability of stock, a pricing or product error, or our inability to verify the information you have provided.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid in full using the same payment method.
Payment
We accept payment by bank transfer (BACS) and selected cryptocurrencies. Payment details are provided on the order confirmation page and in the order confirmation email.
Stock is reserved when you place an order. If payment is not received within 2 days of order placement, the order will be automatically cancelled and the reserved stock released. You are welcome to place a new order at any time.
You are responsible for ensuring that bank transfer payments include the correct order reference. We are not liable for delays, additional fees, or failed allocations caused by missing or incorrect references.
Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on the relevant blockchain. We are not responsible for losses caused by payment to the wrong wallet address, incorrect network selection, or insufficient transaction fees.
We do not process or store payment card details and we do not accept card payments at this time.
Discount codes
Discount codes are subject to the terms shown at the time of issue, including any minimum order value, expiry date, or usage limit. Only one discount code may be used per order, and discount codes cannot be combined with bundle discounts unless expressly stated.
We reserve the right to refuse or revoke a discount code that has been issued in error, generated through abuse, or used in a way that breaches its terms.
Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. For details of dispatch times, packaging, tracking, and discreet delivery, see our Delivery & Shipping page.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once we have handed your parcel to our delivery partner. Title passes to you once we have received payment in full.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, or fails to arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the dispatch confirmation so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a remedy where appropriate.
Storage and handling
Once a product has been delivered, you are responsible for its proper storage and handling in accordance with any instructions supplied and good laboratory practice. We are not responsible for any loss of quality, degradation, or other damage to a product caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.
Returns and refunds
Our products are sealed, sterile research compounds. Once dispatched, they cannot be returned to general stock without compromising their integrity. As such, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been dispatched, except where the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or materially different from its description. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or materially different from what was described, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt. We may ask for photographs or other evidence to support your claim. Where the claim is accepted, we will, at our discretion, arrange a replacement or a refund of the affected product, in accordance with your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order. Bank transfer refunds will typically be received within 3 to 5 business days. Cryptocurrency refunds will be sent to the wallet address from which payment was originally made.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order at any time before we send you a dispatch confirmation by emailing us at [email protected] with your order number. Any payment already received will be refunded in full using the same payment method.
Once we have sent a dispatch confirmation, the order cannot be cancelled. Any remedy will be governed by the Returns and refunds section above.
Warranties and disclaimers
Subject to your statutory rights, all products are supplied as is, for research and laboratory use only. We make no warranty, express or implied, that any product will be suitable for any particular research purpose, will produce any particular outcome, or will be compatible with any particular method, equipment, or other compound.
All implied terms, conditions, warranties, representations, or guarantees relating to the products are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to the paragraph above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
Our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with any order or these Terms is limited to the price you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary losses, or for any loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or other harm arising out of or in connection with any use, handling, storage, or disposal of any product that breaches the Research use only or Acceptable use and resale restrictions sections above.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, losses, damages, costs (including reasonable legal costs), or expenses that we incur as a result of: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) any use, handling, storage, or disposal of a product in breach of the Research use only or Acceptable use and resale restrictions sections; or (c) any misrepresentation made by you in connection with an order.
Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where that failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, war, terrorism, civil unrest, industrial action, government action, public health emergencies, failures of utilities or transport networks, or supply chain disruption.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, images, branding, logos, and design, is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by UK and international copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or otherwise use any of this content without our prior written permission.
Nothing on this website grants you any licence or right to use any of our trade marks, logos, or other branded materials.
Privacy
Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Communications
We may communicate with you about your order by email, WhatsApp, or any other channel you have used to contact us. You agree that these channels are acceptable for service communications, including order confirmations, dispatch notifications, payment requests, and other administrative messages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Orders placed before a change takes effect will be governed by the Terms in force at the time the order was placed.
General
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time does not waive our right to enforce it, or any other provision, at any later time.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations to any successor or affiliate.
Third party rights. A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Delivery & Shipping policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to any order and supersede any prior agreement, representation, or understanding.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or any order will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
