When you pay by bank transfer, your bank and ours will see standard payment details. When you pay by cryptocurrency, the transaction is recorded on a public blockchain. We only see the wallet address and amount.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Order records: 7 years, to meet UK tax and accounting requirements.
Back-in-stock notification requests: deleted once the notification has been sent.
Enquiry conversations: up to 2 years.
