Intranasal Spray Calculator
Convert your reconstituted peptide solution into spray doses. Enter your vial size, BAC water volume, desired dose, and your nasal pump's spray volume to get the number of sprays per dose and total sprays per vial.

Notes on intranasal delivery
- Nasal pumps rated at 0.1 mL per spray are the most commonly used for peptide research.
- When multiple sprays are needed per dose, alternate nostrils to reduce mucosal irritation.
- Peptides used intranasally (Selank, Semax, PT-141) are typically reconstituted to higher concentrations than injectable protocols to minimise the required volume.
- Reconstituted solution stored in a nasal pump bottle should be refrigerated and used within 30 days.
